LIGHTING

After the charcoal is in place, put the grills on the LOWEST setting and then you simply fold the barbecue up.

Slide the damper on about 1 inch to hold the barbecue together, and leave ash drawer open about 1/2 inch.

Fill the special ash drawer with charcoal, wood chips or paper. Saturate with charcoal lighter fluid, then light.

The chimney effect will have your charcoal ready in no time.

COOKING

When the charcoal is ready, unfold your Son of Hibachi.
