I bought 2 sets of these, one to fit to the van the other to make a device which connects to both halves of the van one to hold the habitation door open about 90 degrees. This is because when the door is fully open it covers the fridge vents reducing the airflow over the fridge heat exchanger.

Have used the Venetta Door retainer for several years but replace them about every twelve months as they deteriorate fairly quickly in the more windy conditions on some of the sites that we visit. They are small, easily replaced and fitted, and cheap as the postage costs more than the retainer. They arrived within a few days and as described.

The door retainer on our motorhome was just not working as it should. Door would slam shut in the lightest of winds.
Ordered the Vennata Door retainer for a very good price and fitting it was very easy. Now our door will stay open when we need it to.
