Safety
All Thule Omni-Bike elite models are recognized by their design with oversized oval tubes that give a very stable frame. One or two strong mounting rails divide the load forces evenly over a large surface of the wall. The new rack lock can be used to secure your rack in its horizontal position, keeping your loaded carrier stable while driving. In the design special care has been taken to prevent any sharp edges on the bike carrier, according to legal standards.
Ease of use
The new rail slider with wheel holders makes placing the bikes easy: you can slide the rail both from side to side and backwards and forwards, even with the bikes on it! Take all space you need when placing the bike and slide it in its final position afterwards. The second and (optional) third rail comes with this feature; the first and (optional) fourth rail have fixed positions.
The general rail distance has been enlarged as well.
