Didn't expect to get the outer case as well,it was more than expected and included two new drain valves that were better quality than original items,but could do with the warning sign for other user's of my van for the inside of wardrobe door, as none shown when I purchased the van second hand, only found frost damage by luck when wondering why it was not fixed too the floor ,but was easy to fit and not expensive .

Arrived in good time and was ok.
Reasonable quality but could have been made a bit more sturdy i thought.

It was a little fiddly to fit, partly due to the position in the caravan, and it leaked after my first attempt. But this was because I put the seal in the wrong place (maybe clearer instructions are needed). Overall, very pleased, saved a lot of money on either buying the complete tank or getting it fitted professionally.

package arrived the following day in perfect condition. assembled it and fitted it to camper, no leaks. Couldn't be better.

Fast delivery , excellent packaging , put it together fitted it to the caravan , then turned on hot tap and control to water heater , it was leaking from right side o ring , took leaking side apart , found a kink in o ring , flattened it and reassembled, was perfect this second time ,hot water and no leaks, well worth doing it myself , thanks .........

From order to delivery the service was excellent, Young lady who took my order was fantastic and very helpfull. Part arrived within a week despite a longer E T A. Case was very well packed and arrived undamaged. Fitting was ok. As a previous reviewer said fitting the new O rings to airflow tube took two attempts. Maybe suppliers could include fitting hints or instructions for guidance.
Will use Leisureshop Direct again no questions.

took along time to arrive but reasonably easily to fit, the hardest part is getting the large O rings back into the airflow tube, some DIY skills needed, end result was lovely hot water on tap.
