Henry water heater.
Replacement for the Carver Cascade water heater complete with wall switch and cable. 9 litres of hot water can be kept at 70 degrees C, enough to power a shower or family washing and can be warmed up to temperature in less than 25 minutes. The Henry-GE is installed through the wall so that only the flue is visible from the outside. It has a slim shape for the narrowest of spaces, is easy to install and maintain. Please note that the burner module is not compatible with the carver wall switch and the carver burner module is not compatible with the Henry wall switch. gas/230v.

I have a Lunar Ariane And the water heater is faulty it is a Cascade 2. What Heater is a direct replacement for this
The direct replacement is the Henry heater, our ref 124411.

Unfortunately Carver Cascade water heaters have been discontinued for a while now. The direct replacement for these would be a Henry water heater. These are listed as our product reference 124411 as seen below.
HI, my carver cascade 2ge is not igniting on gas, you can hear it clicking but doesn’t ignite, I don’t think the igniter is sparking, what could cause this. Just got it out of storage and it worked fine at the end of last season, any help is much appreciated, thanks Mick
If the igniter is clicking then it does indicate that it is sparking. It is more likely that the gas valve is not opening and that no gas is reaching the burner. Unfortunately the burner module that includes the gas valve is no longer available. This would mean replacing your caravan water heater. A direct replacement is the Henry Water Heater - our product code 124411

Two points to watch out for when installing in the AutoSleeper Executive (1991), could also apply to other Motorhomes: 1 - Try fit before connecting anything as the inner polystyrene foot needs adjusting. 2 - Check that four pin plug under heater is locked in place during install. Otherwise installation is straight forward.

This was a replacement for my defunct Cascade unit. Yes it is a direct fit for the original but... The polystyrene insulating jacket is a very flimsy affair compared to the original, which was also in two halves making it easier to fit/adjust. The body of the heater requires 9 (preferably stainless) screws to fix it, only 4 unsuitable ones were in the pack . The fascia/vent has 4 flathead screws which definitely need to be stainless or they rust the "slots" degrade and then have to be drilled out. Of course, the supplied items were mid steel. The controller which fits into a standard electrical back box but had no M3.5 screws. The heater works as advertised and hopefully the burner module electronics have been redesigned to last longer than the originals! A note of encouragement on this issue was a sticker on said module promising a 2 year warranty. On the subject of stickers, the large labels on the top of the heater are the wrong way round and one has to be a contortionist to read them. Currently this heater is being sold at £20 less than I paid, so ignore my gripes and buy!
