During a recent habitation service it was found the shelf in our oven was not the proper one and was blocking the burner causing carbon dioxide fumes. Bought this which is perfect and a great price. Packaged well and arrived very quickly.

Really speedy delivery, important to get the right product for your oven. Don’t be tempted to get a cheaper part as it needs the spacer bars at the back. Unfortunately if you own a Motorhome you will have discovered by now that it’s an expensive hobby but don’t go cheap get the right part.

My caravan oven only had one shelf, which was inconvenient when cooking various foods. I did not want an extending shelf from Amazon, so I found this one from Leisureshopdirect. So, we bought our motorhomr and the oven on had one shelf in it. We were not impressed. We went to the accessory shop and they didn't have one that fitted and they wanted up to 35 quid, try the service dept they said, again no luck and they wanted 75 quid! For an oven shelf! Found leisure direct 9 quid! As good as the original one and it arrived in a couple of days

These shelves have not been used yet but are exactly as ordered. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing problem that led to a fairly lengthy delay but Leisure Direct kept me informed ad gave me an option to cancel and obtain a refund. Most retailers would have waited until I complained. This is what I would expect of a good retailer so well done. So, good product list, good website, competitive pricing and great service. 5 stars

I ordered this item after buying a used Campervan which had the Spinflo oven with only one shelf & I thought that a couple more would be useful. Leisure shop direct had the shelves at a good price & although I had to wait a while for the order to arrive due to a delay with their supplier, I was really happy with the customer service. I did email at one point & the staff got back to me straight away to advise that they anticipated receipt of the item soon & it would be sent right out to me. Within a week or so, I received my goods. I now have 3 shelves which means that the oven is far more versatile than it was with just the one shelf & the shelves are exactly what I wanted

NOTE that the description of the product gives a width that is incorrect - the description of the width is short by 5mm, but the product itself is correct. Like many of the other reviewers, we got fed up with the Spinflo Caprice caravan oven only having one shelf...
But we made the mistake of taking what we thought was the easy way out, and buying one of the cheap expanding universal shelves from our local caravan place.
It was not very good, as it does not have the spacers on the back of it, so can slide in to the back of the oven and ends up in the flame. This means it gets red hot.
The final straw came when we were away last week, and my wife opened the oven door, pulled out the shelf to get to the pan, and turn the sausages. The pan was on the cheap shelf, and unlike the proper one, it does not have any guides on it that go under the oven runners, and it therefore tipped, and emptied the sausages, and hot fat that had drained into the pan, burning my wife's hands.
I ordered this shelf on the same (Thursday) night while still away in the caravan, and it arrived so quickly (on the Saturday), it actually beat us home, as we did not get home until the Sunday.
It fits perfectly, and as far as I can tell. is exactly the same as the original shelf, so hopefully there will be no more burns.
So in summery, Great Price, Great service, and great product.

The Aspire 2 oven in our Lunar caravan is great, but it only had one tray. Although ok it made cooking multiple items a challenge. This oven tray from leisureshopdirect was cheaper than from Lunar direct, arrived within a few days, is a perfect match to the original and fits like a glove. Pie and chips has never been so easy in the caravan (other food combinations work equally as well).

Cost saving measures seem to be adopted by so many manufacturers these days and it seems that caravan producers are no exception. You will almost certainly find that the oven in your new caravan will only have one shelf nowadays and not the two you might have expected.
If this annoys and frustrates you the same way it did my wife, then a solution is at hand in the shape of Leisure Shop Direct and this genuine Thetford /Spin flow product.
Not particularly cheap but I wouldn't recommend inferior copies. Much better to have a hardwearing original product.

This shelf fits several different brands of oven. It seems Thetford and Spinflo are one and the same but it also fits others. Leisureshop's website is great for information, take a look at the FAQs and you'll probably find your answer. Product is perfect, well made and identical to the existing shelf.

My wife felt the single shelf which came with the oven was not enough, and thought that the extra shelf would enable her to put dishes in the right area of the oven!! As she produces such wonderful meals when we are away in the caravan, I had no hesitation in providing the extra shelf!! Thanks to Leisure Shop Direct's detailed website I was able to purchase the correct shelf for our oven!! Unfortunately we havn't been away since!! Hoping to get off in the next couple of weeks, and I look forward to many more delicious meals!!!

Having waited over 2 years for this item, ordered when we bought the van new from our dealer, I was informed by the manager of the dealership that this item was impossible to source.
Having used this site before it took me about 10 minutes to find and order the item and it arrived within 5 working days.
