Question

Hi, I have a new water pump cartridge to replace but the old one won’t come loose to allow use to change it, it’s a screw up one, is there a special tool I need to do this ,as we feel if we use brute force we may snap the plastic hold bit on the cartridge itself , could you suggest anything so we may get it loose? thanks

I am assuming that you have a new filter cartridge for the Crystal water inlet. You can get a special tool to remove the cartridge but normally a large pair of pliers will do the trick.
