Is it possible to fit a Fiamma Safe Door Frame lock to a 2004 Swift Charisma? I do not think there is sufficient room between frame and door.

It is possible however if you feel that there is insufficient space then I suggest you use the Fiamma Safe Door Lock for Frame Mounting. These are available in white (product reference 138453) or grey (product reference 141522)
