how to replace a mixer tap on a kitchen sink without damaging cabinet or is it possible to replace the internal working parts of the reich taps from the knob side

You can access the workings of the tap by removing the knob, securing screw underneath the red/blue indicators. There is normally a large nut that secures the cartridge. This cartridge can be lifted out and is normally the part that cracks if frost damage has occurred. On most Reich taps the cartridge is our part 132145 but their is a smaller cartridge ref. 141770
