These are the correct products and I am in the process of removing the old broken pieces and installing these. They arrived more quickly than I expected and have the necessary parts. I had to figure out how to remove the press-on cap nuts because there were no directions on how to remove them.

I saved myself over a hundred pounds by fitting these handles to my caravan, My local caravan dealer wanted over £100 + VAT to do the job! If you are competent with a screw driver and a set of steps I recommend you do the same. All components came in the packet fitted nicely, Quick delivery, Couldn't fault service or product

The part did take longer to come than I thought. The locking handles on the skylight had broken off and needed to be replaced. It was a used trailer. The parts came in and were a direct fit. No problems re-installing them. Thanks.

Both of the handles on our roof light had eventually snapped off, so needed to replace them. Replacing them was much more straightforward than I expected, the only difficult bit was popping off the metal pin retainers. I would recommend when crimping the new ones on that you use pliers with an expanding jaw and put soft on the surface of the metal so it doesn't scratch. Only tools you need for this otherwise are a phillips screwdriver and a smallish flat one for getting the heads off and poking the pins through.

Ordered this part on Friday at 12pm. Was warned it may have a 3 week delay on it. It arrived next day at 10am less than 22hrs from ordering to delivery! I was amazed. Part was easily fitted all nesesary parts included.

Product is very well made was quite surprised at the quality> Easy to fit with all parts needed to renew snapped one. One word of caution watch the delivery date mine initially said 10 days and ended up being 7 weeks due to the company that makes them going on holidays!!!! However once i enquired had an apology from leisureshop. We would use company and product again

Heki 2 Handle/lock Assemblies

The Heki 2 handle/lock assemblies were received in perfect condition, but not delivered until morning of 24th Dec.
The kit contains all the necessary screws and pins to assemle, but no mastic which is also to be used to achieve a watertight fitting. While we were driving in France, due to wind buffeting the caravan, one of the locking catches broke, for the rest of the holiday the rooflight was tied down while driving. As the replacement kit is quite expensive it would be a better service to customers to be able to buy replacement for the side required only.
