Hi there, Unfortunately my camper was broken into at the weekend after one of the Seitz windows (AGS50900X0450) was forced. This has resulted in the plastic clasps, which usually hold the window in place, shearing off on all three of the handles. I need to fix the window to re-secure the van and would like some advice on which parts I need. From your website I suspect I need the following:- - Stays with handle grey (BG1077) (1 pair) - Handle grey right (BG1078R) Do you agree that these are the parts I need? If so, would the parts be easy to fit? I was also surprised at how easily the window was forced (i.e. without damaging the pane or the frame at all). Is there anything I can do to make the window more secure, to reduce the chances that the window could be forced again? I'd appreciate your help and a quote for the relevant parts. Many thanks Sam
If you have grey window stays then the part that you require is our ref. 256545. The handles are our ref 231228. Regret I cannot suggest how you can make the windows more secure. These parts are not difficult to fit.
