Guide to Ordering
Find
It

type a keyword in the search box at the top of each page.

or browse the product home pages by clicking the buttons at the top of the page
then follow the sub menu on the left of the page.
Read
all about it

Read the detailed description about the product to confirm you are selecting
the correct product.
Select

click the "Add to Cart" button to store it in your shopping basket.

when you're ready, click the "My Cart" button at the top of the page or the
"Go" button in the shopping cart section on the right-hand side of the page.
Buy
it

if you are a new customer, click

to go to the sign-in page. From there you will need to create an account by
clicking the button on that page. Please then follow the steps to
register your details with us which will only take a few minutes. You
will need to register your details before you can purchase any products.

once your details have been added an email will be sent to your email address
confirming the registration process has been completed successfully.

you will need your email address and password to login next time which will be
sent in the email.

once you are registered you can proceed to the checkout page.

if you are an existing customer then sign in using your e-mail
address and password on the sign-in page. Click

to go to that page.

choose the quantity required of each product and ensure that you have selected
the correct products.

the delivery charges are also highlighted on this page. This price is
automatically worked out depending on the products in your basket.

check your order details on the order confirmation page, which includes the
delivery address.

proceed to the credit card payment page. Enter the details and press
'Send' at the bottom of the page. Your card details will then be checked
with the banking computers. If there is a problem then this will be
highlighted to you.

once the card details have been authorised, you are presented with a order
reference number. You can use this number to check the status of your
order in the "Order Status & History" page.

you can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on "My Account"
button at the top of every page and then go to "Order Status & History" on
the left hand side Secure menu. You will need to sign-in first using
your email and password.

fulfilment centre
