The New Milenco High Security Commercial Steering Wheel Lock is 70cm which is 15.5cm longer than standard version of the Milenco High Security Steering Wheel Lock. This ensures the lock comes in contact with the windscreen of the van / motorhome for additional security.

The extended length makes it suitable for all motorhomes and commercial vehicles.

Milenco have taken a classic designed High Security Steering Wheel Lock which was originally approved to the Thatcham standard and completely re-engineered it, to enhance its security, so that it now exceeds Sold Secure Gold Automotive standard, which is 2 and half times tougher than the Thatcham Standard.

Following of the termination of the Thatcham security standard, which was only 2 minutes, attack tested. We have had this approved to the Gold Sold Secure standard which is a far tougher test with an extreme 5 minutes, professional attack.

Now police recommended and approved by Secured by Design. Continuously improved and revised to fit the latest vehicles, this lock now fits all known vehicles up to the 2021 model year.

Sold Secure is the toughest security rating.

My High Security Lock will not unlock

Please ensure that the key is inserted fully, if the key has not been fully inserted it may cause the pins inside to miss align.

To ensure the pins are re aligned wiggle the key in and turn to the left and right until you can fully re insert the key, then you will be able to unlock by turning the key to the right.

This beast will certainly do the job and stop the thieves stealing your motor. I've put a piece of towelling between the lock and the steering wheel in case it marks the leather. Very happy with my purchase

This review is in two parts. Firstly the Milenco Commercial Steering wheel lock is an excellent piece of kit. I bought it for my Hymer Motorhome it fits perfectly and is very robust. Secondly Leisure Shop Directs customer service is excellent and they have a total customer comes first policy, a rare commodity these days. Exemplary company to deal with. 10/10 ⭐️

After hearing reports of a rise in camper van and motorhome theft we thought it was the right time to beet up security a little, and Fter a some research we decided on the Milenco commercial high security steering wheel lock. The reasons we decided on the Milenco was because it is very easy to use, it is also incredibly robust and is also highly visible which is a very important deterrent (could be enough to put of potential thieves before they damage your breaking in). Also when the Milenco steering wheel lock is not in use it can be very easily stored and takes up very little room. The Milenco steering lock comes with three keys so you should be covered if you loose one. We use our lock on our camper van but the steering wheel is almost the same size as the steering wheel in our car so will fit no problem. We have found Milenco products to be very good quality in the past and steering wheel lock is also great quality.

This is exactly what I need for added security for my campervan. It is easy to use, highly visible and easy to store when not in use. One word of advice if anyone has any difficulty opening it once locked on the steering wheel, pay close attention to the instructions which state that when you insert the key to unlock, you need to push it in to the lock and press it further in to engage it before turning it. I did panic a little the first time I used it , and before I reread the instructions, I then realised what I was doing wrong!! Fast and efficient service from the seller too :)

i ordered this as an alternative to the wheel clamp that I find very difficult to fit on my own as a lone camper. Felt this product would give me piece of mind while on a campsite, o even when wild camping. However it is easy to fit by oneselt, but on closer look at the image on website the steering wheel is not straight (therefore wheels aren't either. This presented a problem as when parked at home the vehicle is on blocks under the fron t wheels. I did manage to fit it, but at an angle that means one end it now touching the window blinds, which I'm not over happy about. Nevertheless it seems very robust and I shall road test it on my upcoming holiday
