My High Security Lock will not unlock
Please ensure that the key is inserted fully, if the key has not been fully inserted it may cause the pins inside to miss align.

To ensure the pins are re aligned wiggle the key in and turn to the left and right until you can fully re insert the key, then you will be able to unlock by turning the key to the right.

Decided to buy this security lock based on a number of factors - my wife was going to be fitting a lock so needed something that wasn't going have a negative effect of using it, you know, breaking nails etc etc. So all thing considered we chose this Milenco lock as we've got a couple of Milenco products in varying forms and they are well built and ooses quality. But the main thing was it looked manageable and it is, once you've got the knack it's fitting in second's. The only problem is you can be fooled into thinking the key is fully in, then the lock just turns without unlocking. Get the knack=no problems. Great product

Pleased with the product, feels very robust & key operated lock seems to work without any issues despite other online reviews raising concerns on this. Only slight issue is that the lock is loose around the steering wheel even with the pads fitted.

Quite simply the best steering wheel lock I've ever owned. It's solid and strong, very easy to use, easy to store in car when not in use unlike a full steering wheel lock, it's not very heavy either and It looks great too. The new pads that are included fit and protect my steering wheel perfectly, but I wish they were able to be fitted better or actually part of the design and not something that has to be put on as they do move about and sometimes fall off and have to be refitted which can be irritating if you're in a rush. The only other thing I would like to see is the lock on the right hand side instead of the left but you do get used to it after a while. I fully recommend this lock to anyone, it's the next best thing to a full steering wheel lock and like I said above it has it's benefits over one of those. Buy one and you won't be disappointed.

The lock feels solid and has a unique locking action that is easy to fit. You have to turn your wheel very slightly for it to fit as intended to have the cross section of the wheel to be pointing upwards. Comes supplied with 2 wheel protectors so not to damage leather steering wheels, excellent build quality and functionality.

Easy to use and very substantial. The two bits of plastic that have been retrofit included to protect the steering wheel clip on and keep coming off so I am having to tape them on. thought they could have been better designed.
