Would have been 5 stars except it is much whiter than the picture and in my case much whiter than the other pieces of equipment fitted to my motor home. I do hope it tones down with time.

Fiddly to install into a metal surface, it has an assymetrical cut out shape and it is quite difficult to connect the internal wiring within the confines of a double skinned body. However it functions in the required manner, albeit it appears to be constructed entirely of fairly thin plastic!

I broke my original connector on my 16 year old Hymer and thought I would have difficulty replacing it. The measurements given in Leisureshop's website were good and I bought one. It is a perfect fit it's made well and I am very happy. I make Leisureshop Direct my first place to check every time.

This product was excellent and when fitted, made the vehicle like new again. The old one was discoloured with the sun and this was gleaming white to match the side of the van.
Fitting was not that straightforward, though not the fault of this product, as the cable installed inside was very short. I suppose the person who put it there had no reason to think of ever changing it in the future. Anyway, the product itself is excellent and that's what I bought.

The product supplied (by ABL SURSUM) was one of the better versions of this connection. Buyers should note that the device as supplied is not compatible with coupler sockets having a projection on the hinged shutter (the socket does not insert fully and/or is difficult to unlatch). A simple modification to the connection obviates this. Experience indicates that the foam gasket will perish in time and assembly using a non setting mastic might be more effective in the long term.

WAITED FOR 12 DAYS FOR THIS TO ARRIVE AFTER ORDER. POOR DELIVERY. HOWEVER THE ITEM IS GOOD VALUE, BUT YOU HAVE TO DRILL NEW FIXING HOLES AS THEY DO NOT LINE UP WITH THE ORIGINAL.

Bought to replace my existing damaged one. Well made but holes did not line up perfectly with original so there is obviously some variation in sizes according to supplier. If I was fitting this to a new caravan I would have had no problems fitting it. As my caravan has thick sidewalls I could not connect the wiring from outside and then push the socket into place - had to fit the socket and then do a hand stand to wire it up which was not easy. If the wires were fitted inline with the sockets main axis it would solve this problem.

This item was not in stock when I placed my order, but the delay was minimal.
The profile of the new socket was very slighty different to the original socket (broken cover) but a bit of gentle filing to the camper bodywork and it fitted perfectly.
Good product and good value. Definitely recommend this supplier!

Item arrived quickly once back in stock and was well packed. As the title says - easy peasy. No need to be a rocket scientist. Just like changing a plug. Did need to get a couple of larger 'self tappers' but went back on like a dream.

I found it easy to Fit but would recommend that if you are not a competent D>I>Y> person get a qualified electrician to fit this for you should take about 20 minutes.

Needed a replacement socket for my Motorhome which I had damaged.
Not an exact profile of the original, but quite acceptable. A good product with 3 choices of cable feed direction with clamps, so suitable for most applications.
Service and speed of delivery was excellent, especially appreciated as another supplier had let me down.
