Product was delivered on time, well packed, and undamaged. It took 5 days from order to delivery with Easter in between, very impressive service. The caravanstore rafter is meant to give extra stability to the canopy and stop flapping in the wind. I have not put canopy up yet as I have not started caravanning this year yet.
