Fitted at weekend awning felt more secure, bought plate for bottom legs also and was piece of mind if wind got up, in strong winds would roll in Faimma.

Used this last Autumn in France and it keeps the Fiamma awning on my motorhome nice and taunt used together with the rafter bar it's fantastic and I don't have to worry about leaving the awning out if it gets a bit windy. Very easy to use as this just clips into the channel on the front of the awning

Good product, easy to fit and works really well. I bought it after the wind lifted my awning and thought the side of the van was going to get ripped off! This takes all the worry away and keeps the awning secure.

Fiamma Awning Tie Down Kit

This kit was bought to secure a Fiamma F45 Plus roll out motorhome awning. Prior to buying these, I always rolled the awning away when leaving the van, and at night too just in case the wind speed strengthened. These really do give me peace of mind when the awning is rolled out and are easy to fit. One end has a fitting which goes straight into the awning channel. The other sprung end is fixed to the provided peg.
The only difficulty I experienced was when hooking up either end, keeping enough tension on the strap to stop the whole thing turning into a kit of parts again. Once sufficient tension is applied, this is no longer a problem.

Good tie down straps which are relatively easily set up. The "tent pegs" supplied are very large and an alternative half sized set would have been useful.

Arrived before predicted date. Packed well. All in all good job. Used them for the first time this last weekend (we have a Fiamma Zip awning) and they work really well. Simple to installed, make sure you hammer in the steak well and Bob's your uncle.

Easy to use, tightens and stabilizes the awning. Just make sure that you have a heavy hammer with you for driving the stakes in!

eay to adjust and connect, did get the addatchments to the awning the wrong way around the first time as not clear how to use them. got there in the end. Great and sturdy. have used in wind and they were great.
