Good quality awning bayonet, very fast delivery and well packaged. I broke the tips on 2 of mine when the wind caught my awning when errecting. Would use for spares again.

I bought these fittings as the ones on my awning poles were damaged by usage over the years. After cutting old fitting off awning pole by using a hacksaw replacement was easily fitted by tapping bayonet joint onto awning pole with a rubber mallet

I find these a bit of a weak point when setting up the awning as the plastic tips bend or break. Maybe I'm just clumsy. Really easy to fit new ones and freely available though.

All three of these fittings required replacement on our Ambassador awning, and these fittings are just perfect. Nice tight fit on the IXL poles.
I had to wait a week or so for delivery as out of stock, but otherwise no problems.

It seems difficult to find dealers who sell these fittings. although out of stock at the time, I was kept informed of progress and recieved the item within 10 days. I will definately use 'Leisureshop' again, excellent service.

I needed the bayonet fitting for the end of the carbon type pole - two of mine had snapped - seems a common problem Couldn't find a dealer locally so ordered from Leisureshopdirect. Unfortunately they were out of stock, but kept me informed by email and then let me know when it had been shipped. it was only 1 day over the 1-4 days, so still pretty good.
Will definitely use this site again, as cheaper than most.

I have just bought a new type bayonet fitting for the end of an awning fibre ridgepole as I had snapped my own one, I had difficulty in getting a replacement via the dealer and after looking on ebay and various other sites tried Leisureshopdirect and ordered one. Unexpectedly I had next day delivery (they said 3-4 days), it was cheaper than same part seen on e-bay and best of all it is not just an isabella fitting, it fits our Eurovent & Trigano awning fibre poles too (I was so pleased I bought another couple as spares and they too arrived the next day)
