An autumn of caravan shows

Posted by Greg Throughton

Brits planning to invest in caravan water heaters or some other form of mobile home accessory could be interested in heading to one of the many caravan and motorhome events this autumn.

A number of shows are taking place over the next few months, with the Caravan Extravaganza and The Lawns Trade Show among the more prominent in the north of England.

The shows will welcome visitors to Yorkshire as The Lawns in Cottingham opens its doors to guests from September 4th and 5th for the latter and 7th to 9th for the former.

Around 180 static caravan holiday homes will be on display, while more than 12 new tourers will be available for perusal.

Later in the month, Brockenhurst in the New Forest will see the Southern Caravan Trade Show take place on September 23rd, with the Holiday Caravan 2010 exhibit taking place from September 24th to 26th.

However, the Beaulieu events will not feature the tourers that were on display in the Yorkshire events.

Meanwhile, Brits should always ensure that they check their caravan is properly attached to their vehicle after one UK couple drove off from a service station minus their caravan and son, who was asleep inside it.
