Caravan refrigeration customers will be pleased to hear that a
caravan park has been awarded with a lucrative award that
recognises its environmental work.
According to the Northern Star, Clarkes Beach Holiday Park in
Sydney, Australia, was singled out for praise at the Annual Award
of Excellence last month.
Awarded the Property Management Authority Environmental
Excellence Award for Holiday Parks at the Camping Industry
Association of New South Wales (CCIA) Awards of Excellence Gala
Dinner. Barry Baillie, chief executive officer of the CCIA, said
the awards recognise a multitude of parks and manufacturers across
some 26 categories.
"The Awards of Excellence is the industry's highlight event
which recognises business excellence in the caravan and camping
sector and is the highest accolade that a caravan, RV or camping
business can achieve," he said.
Judges praised Clarkes Beach for its approach to environmental
design that had achieved "a new level", the news provider
said.
Caravan water heaters customers will be pleased to learn, thought,
that it's not just Australian parks enjoying recognition. Here in
the UK a park in Wales, Tree Tops Caravan Park, won first prize in
the caravan, camping and holiday home sites category as part of the
Wales in Bloom awards.
