Contacted leisure shop direct by e-mail, found them to be helpful and informative.
I fitted these Reich aluminium rollers myself as a replacement for the grit coated rollers, what a difference they make. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased the aluminium rollers to replace grit coated originals. Looked into re-coating original rollers, but decided not too, as not sure how well it would turn out. Installing the aluminium units has a two fold benefit 1. Weight saving (half the weight) 2. Quality build should last for years. Easy to install with a few tools spanner’s (10mm) and a trolley jack if replacing them on your drive. Remove the three motor mounting bolts and remove motor, slide out old roller install new then re-assemble. Highly recommended!

As mentioned previously on many forums the quality is far superior to the older grit type and now have more confidence with the newer roller as it seems more responsive and holds better.
Fitting was straight forward and though the new rollers seem expensive once they arrived it was obvious that the design and quality is superior to what I expected.

Having read previous reviews, regarding lack of space under caravan, decided to remove whole unit and work in the garage. Made the job really easy. Easy to fit new rollers and and when fitted whole unit back they worked perfectly. Better than before. Although it doesn't say, they came with new nylon inserts and necessary washers.

Product was good. Just what was needed. The listing for the roller did not clarify that the nylon insert was included as part of the purchase. We ordered a Nylon Insert Part No 238211 which we found we did not need. As only one was in stock we had to wait a month for delivery and had an extra cost which could have been avoidable.

Needed to replace original Reich mover rollers, damaged drive coating which contact with tyres. Delivered as promised, slight damage to outer packaging. 2 Rollers together with 2 plastic support bearings and plastic washers. However only one securing screw. ( small self tapper - no problem) should be 5 star but for missing screw. Would recommend.

Be careful when handling the rollers there are sharp edges, getting the old rollers off was time consuming due to aluminium corrosion on the motor bolt holes, even though there are stainless bolts fitted and rust on the motor end of the old rollers.
Fitting the new rollers was easy but the new plastic centre support screw is too big to fit the hole in the frame, I used a chopped up wall plug in the plastic support hole and the old screw which is a stainless one to secure it. Expensive for what they are and disappointed with the cheap wrong size screw.

These replacement rollers/drive shafts were delivered as promised. They were bought to replace the worn rollers on my 10 year old Reich mover. They have been fitted with little difficulty and operate satisfactorily. The added bonus is that they are 1/3 the weight of the originals.

To replace worn out rollers on Reich Motor Mover. Easy to fit and a perfectly sized replacement for the old coated rollers which I had to cut off as they were rusted on! Comes with a new plastic bearing bush already in the outer end and new plastic support blocks are included. Very good item, well packaged and very quick free delivery. Many thanks. Hugh.

I bought a pair of these to replace the old grit rollers on my Reich movers, the fit was excellent. The only criticism that I have is the replacement rectangular bush that fits in the middle of the shaft is awkward to replace as the screw access is somewhat restricted. It needs to be replaced as the new shaft is a smaller diameter in this area. I cant see why a step the correct diameter could not have been machined in this position.
Customer service from Leisureshop was excellent throughout, keeping me well informed of progress of order and delivery.

very good product , marked difference in performance, perfect fit simple change over , just a 10mm spanner and socket required, took me an hour to do both. unbolt motor , prise apart, pull out old roller fit new guide 1 screw, push new roller in, refit motor (3 bolts) seem expensive at first but a lot cheaper than a new motor mover. also considerably lighter than the old steel rollers removed.

bought these to replace the grit rollers that were worn out. The instructions to fit them are spot on ,but getting the old rollers off is a pig of a job, I had other work to do on the mover so I took mine off the caravan to do these jobs. and it was very hard going. So if you are going to attempt this in the confined area beneath a caravan, it is going to be possible but very awkward (I would try soaking the old rollers in WD40 or similar a week or so before starting the job) The axle only goes into the roller about 25mm. and the groove on the end of the roller sits over the rollpin in the axle, so once its fitted its should be trouble free operation.
A lot better than the old grit type and lighter too.

replaced rollers , well worth removing the entire unit from chassis if it has been fitted a long time to enable acheck on all components which revealed a corroded motor terminal, cleaned successfully, made knocking off the old rollers much easier amd foumd that I would have had to make distance adjustments to the unit anyway. whole job took about 4 hours (with tea bteaks). now working. possibly better than when new!

These are the genuine reich mover replacement rollers, not only were they the lowest priced of all the suppliers delivery was free. They also came with the necessary new type support blocks, which many didn't supply.

Straight forward job in theory but found the motor gearboxs very hard to remove due bolt corrosion (9 years old).. Replacing both sides so decided to remove the whole driver assembly, only 4 u bolts. Good decision as both motor gearboxs difficult. Also roller shafts stuck on the gearboxs. Very glad to have it all removed as it made it a lot easier.

Excellent service. Ordered Spare Aluminium Roller for Reich Mover on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. I then fitted them with relative ease in a couple of hours. They come with the new spacer required as the aluminium shafts are slightly smaller than the old grit ones.

I replaced both my old metal rollers with these new allumium ones. I was warned by my caravan dealer that sometimes the old metal rollers get stuck or rusted in and sure enough one of mine was well and truely stuck. In the end after lots of WD40, I used a blow torch to help seperate the roller from the motor housing. Once the new ones were fitted I tried to move the van up my driveway hill, which has stones as it surface, it worked no problem at all - something the van when fitted with the old rollers never ever achieved.
