I have a Floking 12v water pump in my motorhome (pump model No 3000-151-2203). It appears to be 7LPM /20PSI. I understand that the manufacturer has ceased trading. Can you recommend a Shurflo (or other) alternative?

The Shurflo Trail King pump ref. 227889 will suit.

We would normally replace these with the Shurflo Trailking pump of equivalent cut-out pressure. See parts 127889, 127893 or 133832

Hi I am new to caravanning. Underneath my caravan a have a double inlet/outlet water connection. 1980's caravan Can you tell me what is needed for the inlet and outlet connection. I am guessing I need a connector for both as they are two different sizes and some sort of hoses. Can you please advise me and also let me know if you stock those parts Thanks

The smaller connection will connect to standard 1/2" hose similar to our part 127828. This hose will drop into a fresh water carrier. The larger connection will be for waste hose, our ref. 127823<br />On the older caravans you normally has a small electric pump for pumping the fresh water which needed to be primed using a foot pump. (the electric pump will not pump water until it is full of water which is achieved by operating the foot pump.) To overcome this you may wish to fit a self priming pump such as the Shurflo pump 127889.

My daughters caravan pump is leaking it is obsolete, shurflo 2095-204-111 it is 16psi and 12v 1.1bar 7 l/min is there a replacement pump which has thee same feed bore and position as you know these things are hard or rigid plumbed for the most part and not a lot of room for change? Can you help? Karen

The 20 psi Shurflo pump is the replacement. This is our part 127889 and should fit into the same space without changing any pipework.

Hi, looking for a water pump for a motor-home. Just for use with a tap that's fed a few meters and up less than one from the hose. Firstly was wondering if the Shurflo's were better than the Fiamma and what is different between the Shurflo trail king and aqua king models. I take it the pumps automatically come on as a tap it opened and would the pressure release be gradual if used with the accumulator tank, I'm looking at the 10ltr with 30psi 12v models would you recommend a different size? thanks.

If you have just a single tap then I would recommend the Shurflo trailking 7, 20 psi., ref 127889. We find the Shurflo pumps to be of better quality. The Aquaking pump is for marine applications. If you only have a short length of pipework in your system then it is best to use an accumulator to prevent the pump cycling on/off.

I have a Shurflo pump. It's number is 2095-224-311, 1.65 gpm, 4.3 amp, 12 volts and 15 psi. It is not lifting water from the tank well after a lay off. Are there parts available to bring it back to original performance?

There are parts available but it is probably more economical to replace the whole pump.

Hi, my Shurflo 2095 204 112 (20psi) 7 litre water pump is leaking slightly on the underside of the body where the black plastic parts join together. Do you sell a service kit for this pump that contains spare sealing washers, or is it best to buy a new pump, if so which model would I need? Thank you Ken Flavell.

You can buy the various spare parts for this pump (see our Spares section). If however the pump has suffered frost damage it is often more economical to replace the pump complete. Our part 127889

The pump on my 2009 Autosleepers Symbol van had started leaking from the bottom and was otherwise playing up. Most of the advice I saw was that I should replace it rather than try to repair. Had a look and couldn't find the same ShurFlo 16PSI pump anywhere so asked for advice form Leisure Shop Direct and they told me that this 20PSI pump was the replacement I needed. Wired it up (this involved splicing a couple of connections as I had additional cables spliced into the existing pump) and the whole thing was done and dusted quickly. All good and, as always, good pre-purchase advice from LSD. Thanks!

Upon using taps in motorhome, was a little confused, when i was searching for for the problem, noticed a damp patch on carpet under pump, turned on tap their was a leak from pump unit, so replaced it (first pump received was faulty) had another sent to me worked first time, no leak, quieter than the previous one

Bought this Shurflo Trail King pump to replace the one that started leaking in my motorhome, the old one was dated 1998 (when the motorhome was new) but then found that all of the pushfit connectors associated with the pump needed replacing, probably due to age.
