I am trying to replace a Crystal water filter housing unit but I can't get the pull off fitting to pull off! Any suggestions?

Answer

If you have semi-rigid piping then the fitting attached to the filter housing is 'push fit'. To remove you need to press the internal collar towards the fitting itself and the fitting should then pull away.
