2004 Sterling Europa 500 has developed low gas pressure. Full gas bottle. Regulator mounted on bulkhead seems to have no references other than Truma. Silver with yellow on/off tap. How can I identify correct replacement part and could I easily fit this myself or is it vital to have a fully qualified "gas" person to do it?

The truma regulator has packed up. You would need to know if it is an 8mm or 10mm outside diameter of outlet pipe in order to know which one to purchase. If the caravan is rented for profit then the installer must be gas safe registered, if it is used for personal use the fitter must be gas competent.
