Hello Tom. I have a C402C RA toilet cassette. Toilet has not been used for some time. The water pump is not working. Have checked fuses. Do not know location of pump!!

Hi Frank, I have attached instruction of how to replace the pump on the C400 series of Thetford toilets. These should help with finding the pump!
