Hi, I have a Thetford N180 fridge/freezer which automatically selects 240v/gas/12v. It does not stay on 240v but selects gas (fault code 1). The power supply is ok. Can you advise please.

Answer

It could be that your 240 volt heater has developed a fault and need to be replaced.
