Hi Tom, I have a Thetford toilet cassette that does not open when I flush. I don't know what the model is but the caravan was given to us and I’m restoring it. It’s an old Viscount two berth. Any ideas?

Without the model of the toilet it will be very difficult for me to help, however, you probably have a C2 or C4 in a van of this age, the problem you are having in these toilets was caused by the mechanism. A modification was made so I need to know if it is a manual flush or an electric flush. It may be better for you to phone our technical team on 0844770776 so we can identify which toilet you have
