I have a 2004 Sterling Europa 3.60. The fridge fitted a Thetford C11 model no. NBOEL R, does not operate on gas. There is a clicking sound when I press the ignition button.

Ensure that you depress the control knob on the right whilst operating the piezo igniter button. By depressing the control knob you allow gas to reach the burner and you must hold this knob depressed for about ten seconds after the fridge is lit.
