Question

I have a truma s3002 heater in my motorhome. This works well if the flue is disconnected (for test purposes only!) but will not sustain a flame (cuts out when you release the gas knob) if the flue is connected. It has a new gas valve and has a two stage regulator in front as its a 30mbar unit in a 50mbar van. The flue pipe seems clear. This has not worked as long as I have owned the motorhome. Any ideas?

Answer

Have you tried running the heater with the flue connected and the flue terminal disconnected? If you have tried this and it made no difference I would recommend replacing the flue pipe
