My fridge freezer RM6505 is not working all the lights are coming on and you can hear the motor kicking in but the fridge or freezer is not getting cold on mains 12volt or gas. Any ideas please with what’s wrong with it.

My first observation is that I am concerned you can hear your fridge running as it is meant to be a silent running refrigerator. Turn your fridge on to gas and ensure that the cooling pipes on the rear of the fridge are heating up. You may need to remove the fridge vents to check this. If the cooling unit is getting hot and the fridge is not getting cold, this could indicate a problem with the cooing unit.
