The first thing to try is cleaning the gas burner and flue tube. The gas function will give you 225 watts of heat input. The electric will only give you 125 watts of heat input. So it is more efficient on the gas than on the electric. If you have a good flame and the cooling pipes are getting hot and it is still not cooling then it will point towards a cooling unit failure. If this is the case you will need to contact our sales line with the product number of the fridge, which will begin 0092, and we will try and assist further.
