Product Description

Thetford C263-S Cassette Toilet has a removable waste-holding tank making it the ultimate sanitary solution for your caravan or motor home. Don’t settle for less and get the best.

The C263-S range of cassette toilets from Thetford provide permanent toilet solution combined with the convenience of a removable wasteholding tank and waste level indicator. The removable waste tank is accessed via a service door on the outside of your caravan or motorhome. The Thetford C263-S model features an external flush controller.

The Thetford C263-S is designed to draw its flushing water from an onboard water tank.

What are the main differences between the Thetford C220 and C260 models?
The Thetford C260 footprints are pretty much the same as the C220s, with the backs generally being a few millimetres higher. The dimension differences between the 220 and the 260 is mainly because the measurements are taken at the widest point, and as the premium (C260 range) has a larger bowl, which overhangs the base, they're shown as a bit bigger. Also, the premium option has a more detailed (better) level indicator.

Why doesn't my toilet have a flush water level indication?

This is optional and depends on your model /version. Please contact your dealer or Thetford Service Center for additional information.

What can I do when my toilet keeps on flushing?

You should check if the electric valve and the flush switch are okay. If this does not solve your issue, please contact your dealer or Thetford Service Centre.

Is it possible to replace my cassette toilet?

Yes. In most situations it is possible to replace the toilet. Contact your dealer or Thetford Service Centre for the possibilities.

How often do I have to replace the lip seal?

Depending on user behaviour, we recommend replacement after 4-6 years.

Why is my waste level indicator not working property?

Please check if the float arm is placed correctly. If this is not the case, contact your dealer or Thetford Service Centre.

Can I use normal toilet paper in my waste-holding tank?

We recommend using Aqua Soft. This toilet paper dissolves quickly and prevents problems in the cassette. In addition, is easier to clean the cassette

Can I replace my plastic toilet bowl into a ceramic bowl?

Although when this was delivered it was smashed in transit within ten minutes of my email they had sorted out the replacement and pickup of the broken one for the next day. Excellent service
