We've deliberated for years about filtering water. Finally we bought a Whale Aqua Source.......... but privately wondered if it would do much. Well the answer is: it really does! Our tea and coffee taste better in the truck now than they do at home. A reassuring purchase.

very good product, lasts a whole season on my 34' boat with a 50 gallon water tank and presurised 4 outlet water system. Keeps water clean tasting. Make sure you use the correct size, most boats are 15mm piping.

Excellent product, easy to install, and removed plastic taste from drinking water.
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

Yes, we are continuing to serve customers. You can check the current delivery times on the product pages as normal. When selecting a delivery address, please be aware that companies and businesses may be closed and unable to receive parcels. 2. Are delivery times affected?
Our collections by our couriers are happening as usual. As it stands, delivery times are not being affected too much. Please be aware though that Royal Mail and other couriers are sometimes prioritising essential items so please bear with us if your delivery takes slightly longer than expected.

Yes, you can continue to return items as normal as long as you follow the government guidelines about leaving your house.

5. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
