My Dometic Fridge panel has stopped working, it seems to come on for a while and then goes off and the fridge doesn't get cold. Do you have any idea why this may have happened?
There are a number of reasons but one common reason for these failing is water damage. The fridge is generally just below the draining board next to the sink. If enough water drips onto the front panel of the fridge it will stop working.

Had a really good shopping experience with leisureshopdirect. They were instrumental in correctly identifying a replacement dometic operating panel (pcb) for my Dometic RMS8551 fridge. I couldn't locate the correct item from their online diagrams so after an email, they attached the appropriate diagram/part numbers by email. The replacement panel had to be ordered but was quickly despatched and is now operating my fridge correctly. A special mention has to also go to the lady (sorry no name) who answered my phonecall when I wanted an update on my order and phoned me back promptly with the information required. This is not the first time we have used Leisureshop direct and it will always be our first point of contact when we need spares or caravan items.
