Carver Mk 2 Crystal Filter. Even though the Crystal water systems are now discontinued, we still offer the Crystal II Replacement Filter cartridge within our product range. The filter maintains the 'older' cartridge style and is replaced as a complete unit.

Truma now recommend the users of the Crystal 1+2 systems that they use the Ultraflow Replacement Filter. This is easily achieved by retaining the end cap of your current filter. Simply place the new Ultraflow Replacement Filter (ref 237856) in the filter 'chamber' and secure in place with the retained end cap. If you have lost your end cap, the Ultraflow Filter is available as a variant with a new cap ref. 241101.

I have a coachman amara 530/4 festival, 2002, please can you advise me what water filter I would need? It has a Truma system. Thanks Lisa

If you have a filter in the housing where you plug your external pump then the filter should be our ref. 137889. If you only have a filter in the pipework leading to your cold water tap in the kitchen then you will need filter 131491.

We do sell these. They are a Crystal 2 Filter which is our part number 137889.

Hi, I have a new water pump cartridge to replace but the old one won’t come loose to allow use to change it, it’s a screw up one, is there a special tool I need to do this ,as we feel if we use brute force we may snap the plastic hold bit on the cartridge itself , could you suggest anything so we may get it loose? thanks

I am assuming that you have a new filter cartridge for the Crystal water inlet. You can get a special tool to remove the cartridge but normally a large pair of pliers will do the trick.

We had to replace our water filter as we we have just bought a caravan and have no idea when the filter was last replaced. we didn't go for the newer Ultraflow filter as this one will have limited use as we are almost at the end of the season.

Fitted the Truma Crystal 2 Filter single no problems and worked straight away. However more important was the the filter was delivered to the campsite in the Algarve Portugal and saved the rest of the holidays with no water from the taps. There are cheaper filters out there,feel free to browse, but be warned, you only get what you pay for. i was fooled, and went for a cheaper one once, to only find that it was such a tight fit,(COPY) i cracked the housing it fits into.be wise its cheaper in the long run.
