Most motorhome and marine applications use the standard non-isolated version, but commercial vehicles, certain boat configurations, and installations with mixed battery technologies often require this isolated approach.

The built-in Bluetooth connectivity transforms how you manage auxiliary battery charging because you can monitor performance, adjust charging profiles, and configure engine detection settings directly through the VictronConnect smartphone app without crawling into awkward installation spaces. The adaptive 3-stage charging algorithm automatically adjusts absorption time based on discharge depth, preventing the overcharging that shortens battery life whilst ensuring complete charging cycles.
