Sometimes accidents happen - it could be the weather or just rotten luck, but awning poles can get damaged. No need to replace the whole awning - you can just buy the part you need! Identify which section you require on the diagram and then select the right size and material from the drop down, this is a complete set for one side if you require a set for BOTH sides you need to order 2 sets - it couldn't be easier. Whole frames are also available.
