Question

Bought a new heater element from you for my thetford N90 fridge. I have fitted this but the fridge does not get very cold food thawed in freezer compartment the element is working as heat is rising up the exhaust tube can you suggest any thing

Answer

Please make sure that you have located the element in the correct position, i.e. in the tube attached to the chimney. If you have missed the tube, which is easy to do, then the fridge will not operate correctly. If the fridge works OK on gas then the problem points to the electric thermostat.
