Question

Hi, I am interested in buying a dometic air con unit. Can you please tell me if they will work while I am driving ? I want to fit it to my Vauxhall vivaro high roof van

Answer

All aircon units need a 230 volt AC supply to operate. There is a DC to AC inverter available so that you can use the aircon whilst travelling but this adds about £1000 to the price.
