Hi I have a Dometic 7655l the green lights are all on full all the time no matter what setting I choose on the temp. The dial turns very easy. regards Colin

The temp control switch will have snapped off where it attaches to the PCB. Turn off all the power to the fridge. You need to remove the front cover by pulling the 2 control knobs off, then undo the 2 screws behind the knobs. You can then remove the front cover, there will be 2 screws holding the PCB in place, undo these then hopefully you will be able to pull the PDB forward enough to open the black box. You will see the small part of the shaft that pushes into the PCB will be snapped off, pull out the broken bit and replace it using part number 138642
