Hi I have placed an order with you but before I send it can you advise on the following please; I have ordered a replacement pump for my Thetford C200-CWE cassette toilet how do I replace the pump. Can you buy the thermal fabric only for my black out blinds and lastly on the window stays where do you take the measurement from. Thanks Dave

The pump is removed as follows
Remove the blue button to expose two screws which must be undone. With a flat screwdriver gently lift the whole control panel away from the body of the toilet. By removing two further screws the whole pump assembly can be lifted from the fresh water chamber. replace the pump and re-assemble.
Regret cannot source thermal material except in format as listed.
The dimensions of the window stays are taken between pivot points when the stay is closed.
