Question

hi I have recently bought a sterling europa 520 2008 model, this weekend we took it out to a site and the 230v power went off and nothing works on the battery backup. The battery is new and is fully charged the battery charger is working but it does not change over from mains to battery. I have checked all the fuses and are all ok, is there anything else I can do?

Please advise the make of the charger unit. There have been major problems with the Nordelectrica units and you may need to replace.
