Hi Tom, Can you tell me how to replace the hot & cold water pipes that connect to the couplers on a Reich kitchen mixer tap (your product 128111)? I have managed to replace the actual tap unit and wiring but I am unsure how to pull out the brass pipe ends from the plastic connectors. Thanks Ray

Push the pipe into the joint, hold the retaining collar in then pull to remove the pipe. If it has a blue or red plastic collar covering the retaining collar you will need to remove this before you can see it.
