Hi Tom...is it possible,and safe to do so,to wire in the vehicle battery to charge it while on hookup,or does it have to be disconnected to avoid damage to the egm.I think that only the leisure battery is charged at the moment.My vehicle is an Elddis Autoquest on a Boxer '09 reg. No, the vehicle battery cannot be charged from the leisure battery charger which is operational from the hook-up. It is simpler to use a seperate charger plugged into one of your 3 pin sockets.
