hi we have a lunar arian the tow hitch damper is very soft and does bang into the rear and pulls out again very easy upon pulling away. can you top up the fluid on the system or is it faulty

You will need to replace the damper in the hitch assembly and then have the brakes adjusted correctly. Please advise numbers stamped on the hitch assembly so the we can advise which damper you require.
