How to replace knob on whale caravan tap?

Answer

The knobs on the Whale single and mixer taps simply pull off. If the shaft attached to the knob has fractured then the broken part has to be removed before a new one can be installed. You will need to lift the whole tap assembly away from the surface and undo the nut that secured the tap body to the baseplate. By lifting the tap body you should be able to release the broken part.
