I have a c2 toilet and there is no power to the motor is there a fuse? Where is it?

This depends on how old your toilet is. The older toilets had a glass fuse located in the mechanism which is accessible with the cassette removed through the external door. If it is a later model it will have a blade fuse again located on the mechanism. If this fuse is not blown it is most likely to be the pump which has failed. Below is a link to the Thetford C2 pump.
