I HAVE A ELDIS AUTOQUEST 100 Motor home who's vehicle battery is dead. I understand that this Battery can be recharged whilst in the vehicle via the battery charger fitted to the vehicle, The control Panel a BCA, has a swith for AUX or VEH. if I connect the van to the mains outlet via an electrical hookup, how do I charge the Vehicle battery?

You can only charge the leisure battery from the electric hook-up. The vehicle battery is isolated from the habitation area when the vehicle is stationary with engine turned off. You can of course use a simple battery charger plugged into a 3 pin socket to charge your vehicle battery if required.
