I have a Hymer Nova 470 - 2006. It has a Trumatic fire fitted with dual gas/electric heating. The gas heating works but the electric heating doesn’t not on any of the 3 settings. What is the most common reason for this?

The most common fault is with the thermostat, over temperature sensor or with the printed circuit board. If you have electrical continuity through the sensors then it is probable that you have a faulty PCB. Our parts 133316, 133317 and 133335
