I have serviced a Stoves Vanette caravan cooker Model 059051652 but find that the hob burners have a very low flame when set on high output. When turned to low setting gas extinguishers, could this be the jets not working to full efficiency?

The first thing to check is that your gas regulator is providing the correct output pressure. If this is OK then you may have a blockage in the gas feed pipe to the cooker - water can sometimes condense in the pipework during the winter. Disconnect the gas pipe to the cooker and to the regulator and blow out with compressed air. If no improvement then check for spiders webs in the burners and clean jets with compressed air.
